AI has gotten to the point that it can now generate decent enough songs. I had written several songs (some 25-30ish) years ago, but I can’t sing or play instruments so they didn’t go anywhere and I didn’t even put them on the original YNAW or in the printed book. But with Suno, I can make them into more of a reality. They aren’t perfect and I gave up on trying to “convert” some of them into real songs as the AI wasn’t able to really do what I want (or I wasn’t explaining it right). But it’s cool, I’m happy with most of them and it adds a bit more cultural life to the world on the articles that you’ll find the songs on. I don’t plan on ever commercializing the songs, as it would feel wrong to profit directly from AI like that, even if I wrote the songs. If I ever were to go that direction, I’d hire someone to sing and play the instruments, but for a hobby project I am far too poor for that.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
