Chiru is the home of most ratori. Initially an independent city-state, at some point in its history, the ratori of Chiru agreed to be annexed by Elori. It's large population of 2.5 million individuals, predominantly ratori, makes it the second largest city in Elori, eclipsed only by the capital Rivelgin. It has tents and stalls selling everything from enchanted brushes to legally questionable items.
