Frostium

Found in the northern frozen reaches of Tuyin and mined by Icehaven, frostium is a metal that is always freezing to the touch, no matter how long it is held or how long it is heated. Instead of a hot forge, smiths working with frostium must instead make it significantly colder in order to mold it into shape and often need the help of the iceweavers of Fort Frosthold to do so.

This metal isn't suitable for everyday use, but Elori is investigating into applying it in hotter areas to cool buildings and potentially even in firefighting. It's use in warfare is also being investigated, though its freezing effect does not seem to grant it any additional feats when cutting through armor.
