War demons were created by Umvakere. They are born from the clash of steel and the screams of the dying. They normally dwell in the Essence Weave, but are drawn to the mortal world whenever conflict erupts.
War demons can move through armies like a plague, turning even the most peaceful and pacifistic souls into raging berserkers. Where a war demon treads, blood flows like a river and mercy withers. Some look like evil knights, while others may be more subtle like a misty shadow. War demons do not speak in natural language, but instead the sounds of war itself - the clash of a thousand swords, battle cries, or the shattering of a castle wall.
