Atpian priests and leaders consume this brew due to its clear, sharp visions and hallucinations and the honed senses that come with it, believing it to be a source of prophecy for their sacred ceremonies and spiritual journeys. The Serpent Theocracy also reserves swampveil brew for their priestly ritual. The exact recipe is not widely known, and it is almost entirely unknown outside of these two nations.
