Despair Ghoul

Despair ghouls are born from the deepest pits of misery and haunt places where past calamaties have left their mark. They are living shadows drifting through barren lands, screaming silently and ceaselessly. Seeing one is to see grief given form - figures wrapped in cloak, moving as if the weight of the world rests on their shoulders.

Despair ghouls aren't evil, they are just eternally miserable and lost. Ancient orc warbands who came across despair ghouls would honor them, letting out war cries in an attempt to share their misery and attempt to give them some relief.
