The capital of the Serpent Theocracy, Relsew is a city that shuns dirt and stone for a city of vines and leaves. It is hidden deep within the Snakevalley Island rainforests and mountains and is effectively a natural fortress. Instead of solid walls and watchtowers, the city is protected by a maze of forests and vines thicker than trees on the mainland.

Only the serpents are able to navigate the green labyrinth. There is no direct path to Relsew, or at least none that any non-serpent can see or navigate. Entrances to underground lairs are also hidden within the city. Relsew has no streets either, just winding paths around as serpents make their way to where they need to be. Their homes are tucked away in trees and burrows and the heart of the city is littered with temples to their serpentine gods.
