Atpians dwell in Trog'cent, a land of swamps and mists. The atpians are very secluded and secretive, and not much is known about their customs and traditions. They worship their god Berane'eq and are very devout readers of their holy text, the Nu Caltru. Their homes rise out of the mud itself, and place glowing mushrooms over the burial sites of their dead. Their music usually consists of a haunting melody played on reeds and hollow logs.

Most atpians remain in Trog'cent, but some have wandered throughout Tuyin to live elsewhere, especially in Pirtair.
