Masnits

Masnits is the serpent god of water. Serpent fishermen, and technically all fishermen, pray to him when they venture into his watery domain. Masnits' blessings often lead sailors to great catches or steers them away from danger.

Masnits and Satsakotwel have a special connection, a reminder of how everything is connected. Water feed the land, the land feeds the pest, and the pests (and water) can cause pestilence.

For Masnits, the serpents hold the ceremony of Serene Waters, where they gather by the wather and offer tributes to the ocean depths, a sign of respect and hope for safety.
