Rivelgin is the crown of Elori and the largest city in Tuyin. The densest, most important part of the city is perched on a peninsula with access regulated via Fort Cust to deter any land invaders.

The center of the city sits on a hill, built up in concentric rings. At the bottom, dwarves and ratori sell their wares and a rainbow of sights and smells sit on every street. The Artisan Quarter sits above, where elven crafters sculpt, paint, and otherwise create crafts and works of art. Furhter up is the Political Zone. Humans and elves debate policy, with concerns ranging from the city itself to the entirety of Elori. At the very top is the Archminister's palace and next to it is the Magimancy Keep.

Rivelgin has numerous ampitheaters for plays and concerts, with at least one playing music or reenacting ancient battles at any given time.

Near the water, the docks are loud with the shouting of sailors as they tie off their ships. The harbormasters here know a multitude of languages and customs regulations, functioning as judge, jury, and executioner to any smugglers. index.php?title=Category:Elori index.php?title=Category:Locations
