Ifijut Balm

The ifijut plant grows in the harsh deserts of Ardred, somehow thriving where most other flora have failed. When imbued with magic, ifijut extract turns into a balm. The balm eases aches, stress, and exhaustion when moderately applied. Some reports even claim that it can awaken a latent connection the Essence Weave. The balm is popular in Pirtair and Orsia. While the Pirtairi may use it for recreational activities, Orsia has found small quantities - enough to not risk the supposed magic it can grant - to be beneficial in healing sick and injured orcs. However, all other nations keep it tightly regulated due to the perceived risk of granting random users access to magic - something considered ripe for abuse.
