Pondmanor serves as an entry point for Elori traders and is an odd mix of Alkland's usually rigid attitude and a welcoming atmosphere. The namesake of the town is large pond near the center. The architecture of Pondmanor is sturdy and practical but with intricate carvings and elegant arches from elvish influences and foundations of dwarven stonework. Although Pondmanor is generally more open to non-humans and you can see many races mingling in the streets, many humans still maintain a simmering tension underneath the surface.
