Dead Islands

North of Ardred lie the Dead Islands. These islands weren't always the desolate, bleak landscape that they are today - it used to be another patch of small islands with some trees and and small mountains. The Pirtairi Invasion left its mark as it was here that Pirtair and Elori fought their final battle. It was going poorly for Elori and their mage-commander brought down the mountains around them and killed friend and foe alike. What remains now is the Valley of the Lost, a great gash in the earth that serves as a final resting place for the final warriors of the Pirtairi Invasion.
