To the Council of the Dwarven Holds,

I pray this missive finds you well, though I confess my hand trembles as I write. Recent events have cast a shadow over Tuyin that grows darker with each passing day.

The atpian emissaries sudden appearance and cryptic warnings gnaw at my thoughts. Their whispers of the Unknown Wastelands echo in my dreams, hinting at dangers beyond our reach. Have your stone-seers gleaned any truths from their riddled speech? Any scrap of information, no matter how seemingly insignificant, could prove vital.

But it is [[The Shadow Clouds|the shadow clouds]] that truly chill my blood. They creep ever closer, thickening with an unnatural haste that defies our most potent magics. Our oldest trees wither beneath their touch, and even the most stalwart of our warriors speak of nameless fears that clutch at their hearts in the gloom.

Surely your deep delvers have felt something? A change in the very stone perhaps? An alteration in the flow of magic through Tuyin's veins? I beseech you, if there is any lore in your most ancient halls, any whispered legend that might shed light on these fell portents, share it with us!

Time grows short, I fear. Each dawn brings darker tidings, each dusk a deeper dread. The combined wisdom of our peoples may be all that stands between us and a fate too terrible to contemplate.

I await your response. May the swiftness of your reply match the urgency of our need.

In solidarity,

Archminister Pla
