Dwarven Answer to Elori During the First Purge

From Tuyin Archives

29 Harvestide, 1:Leviathan

To the Archminister Unsoca of Elori,

Your words have reached the halls of Snowstone echoing with the gravity of the situation you describe. We have indeed noted the darkening skies and felt the tremors of an impending doom in the very stone beneath our feet.

The plight of Elori does not fall on deaf ears. The bonds between our peoples run as deep as the richest veins of starstone. Your forests may burn, but the foundation of our alliance remain unscorched.

Know this, Archminister: The dwarves of Snowstone do not idly watch as the world above crumbles. Even as your messenger arrived, our forges roared to life, and the clamor of hammers on anvils filled our halls. We prepare for war.

Our axe-bearers stand ready, their blades thirsting for goblin blood. Our strongest warriors don armor that has weathered a thousand battles. The siege engines of Snowstone, unmatched in all of Tuyin, are being wheeled from their chambers.

But make no mistake, this is not merely aid we offer. This is a call to arms for both our peoples. The elves must stand alongside the dwarves in this fight. Your magic, combined with our metalcraft, may be the key to turning back this tide of evil.

We propose this: Send your swiftest mages and most skilled warriors to Snowstone. Here, we shall equip them with arms and armor forged in the hottest fires of our mountain. Enchant our blades with your most potent spells. Let us create a force that will make even dragons think twice before darkening our skies.

Time, as you say, is of the essence. We move even now to secure the passes leading to our realm. Once this is done, we shall march to Elori's aid. Prepare your people for our coming. May Pekeana grant us the strength to weather this storm, and may Baiqul guide our hands in the battles to come.

Stand firm, Archminister. The mountains are with you.

With resolute determination,

Thane of Snowstone
