Dwarven Holds Founding Document

15 Starfade, 124:Discord

To all Dwarven Clans and Guilds,

On this day, the 15th of Starfade, in the year 124 of the Age of Discord, we, the assembled lords and representatives of Kazenrock, Snowstone, and Valogihr, proclaim the formation and unification of the Dwarven Holds.

Recent calamities have shaken the very foundations of our world. The Pirtairi Invasion brought strife to our doorstep, and the horrors of the Mage-Rupture Event in Orsia have shown us the dire consequences of disunity. We can no longer afford to stand alone. Therefore, by unanimous accord, we have sworn to forge our separate kingdoms into a single, unbreakable alliance. The Dwarven Holds shall stand as one, our combined strength a bulwark against the chaos that threatens to engulf Tuyin.

Let it be known: - Kazenrock shall serve as the seat of our united council, where representatives from all Holds shall convene to decide matters of importance to our people. - Each Hold retains its autonomy in internal affairs, but pledges its axe and shield to the defense of all. - Trade between the Holds shall flow freely, unhindered by tariffs or restrictions, that we may all prosper together. - A united military force shall be established, drawing strength from each Hold, to safeguard our borders and interests. - Knowledge and craft shall be shared openly among our people, that the wisdom of each Hold may benefit all. - In times of hardship, no Hold shall suffer alone. Our resources shall be pooled to aid any of our kin in need.

We call upon every dwarf to embrace this new era of unity. Let the fires of our forges burn as one, the ringing of our hammers echo in harmony across the mountains. Together, we shall carve our place in this turbulent world, unyielding as the stone from which we were hewn. May Pekeana guide our hands and Baiqul bless our works. Long live the Dwarven Holds!
